This is the second time I've had to come here and both times I've had a rude and unhelpful cashier. I will avoid going here next time because I know every other branch is so welcoming and helpful but every time I'm at this branch I leave so annoyed that the cashier doesn't do anything. They never want to help and that's literally why I choose this bank is because they are delightful to come to.. my advice is find another location to go.

Have been a customer for over 25 years and would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I have heard Mountain America is much better. The past few years the customer service has consistently gotten worse. They do not listen to your requests, they do not follow through with your requests, and then they do not fix their errors - leaving you to clean up the problems their ineptness created. For years their customer service line has been too busy for the volume yet they have never hired enough people to deal with that volume and those that they do hire are completely incapable of doing ANYTHING correctly let alone just basic listening skills. Here's a thought...maybe if they hired qualified humans to do the job properly the first time the volume of calls would not be nearly as high! Seriously, as someone who knows from years of pain dealing with this Credit Union DO NOT give them your business.

I have been a member of America First for nine years I have personal and business accounts. I just moved to this area unfortunately I had an awful experience at this branch. They always smile and are nice but they don't have the experience they need when it comes to business accounts. They can handle basic stuff but not when it comes to how to manage business accounts they always need to go ask their manager and that's a waste of time every time a come here I spend at least 10 minutes for them to tell me they can't do it when in other brunches never had this happen.
